Once a package is delivered to your submitted address by our in house delivery service, whether someone is present or not, you assume all Risk of Loss of the product. If the product is delivered through a common carrier, the common carriers insurance takes care of Risk of Loss until the moment they deliver it to your submitted address, once they deliver it to the address, whether or not someone is available to receive it directly or not, you assume the Risk of Loss for your order.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, THE BLOC SHOP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. THE BLOC SHOP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
