Shipping Process

Orders placed before 5PM PST are typically packed and dropped off to either UPS, FEDEX, or picked up by our local delivery company that same day in the evening. We say typically, because we're human and delays can happen. In that case, you'll receive a text message update about your order and when it will be handed off to the couriers.

Other Delivery Options

Other than the above areas, we ship throughout the Continental US via FEDEX Ground and UPS Ground. Due to the bulk of our products being a gas they have to be sent via ground shipping because of the hazardous material classification.
